All orders are carefully shipped via UPS or DHL.

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be produced and dispatched.

International shipping is available for a flat fee of $35 USD. Orders over $250 USD qualify for free international shipping.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged upon arrival according to your country’s regulations. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend consulting your local customs office for details.

If your order includes items with varying production times, we will ship your entire order together once all items are ready, generally based on the longest lead time.

If you prefer to receive items as they become available, separate shipments can be arranged upon request. Additional shipping fees will apply. Please contact us to arrange this.

Because each piece is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studioearee@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Requests outside this window or not meeting our policy may be declined.
